In case an organization needs a lot of phone extensions, a PBX system should be established. These PBX phone systems are expensive. Only large organizations can afford them. In this, huge installations need to be done. However, with an advance in technology, even small organizations are opting for it.

All PBX phone systems consist of advance features that you want in your phone system. You need to pay a hefty amount for a PBX phone system. But this is quite reasonable considering the flexible features of the system.

A KSU-Less phone system is suitable only for smaller organizations. Companies with less than ten employees or extensions require a KSU-Less system. However, this does not mean that small organizations should use only this system. If they need advanced features, they may set some other system with that particular feature.

These KSU-Less phone systems can be relocated or unplugged very easily. There is no permanent or fixed wiring in them. The portability feature of this system insists you to treat it like any other business machine. They provide all the necessary features required for a small business.

A Key system is used at places where extensions from five to forty need to be established. In this phone system, a central unit called KSU (Key System Unit) is present. It allows internal business communication. But it cannot be used as a normal phone system.

This particular system allows you to make a call from one extension to another. Another user is prevented from picking up the phone in use. One of the disadvantages of a Key system is that they are not as flexible as PBX system.

The communication in an organization would be impaired without business phones. It is the most effective way to establish a connection among staff members of the business organization.
